As a new patient it is important that we know your dental concerns and any anxieties you may have so we can accommodate them and help you feel comfortable and relaxed during your time with us.

What to expect

At your initial appointment you will be welcomed by our reception team and asked to fill out some forms about your dental and medical history.

If you are currently taking any medication it is a good idea to bring a list with you to this appointment.

If you require any specific assistance please contact our reception team before your appointment and we will do our best to support you.

A full oral health check

Your appointment with the dentist includes a full oral health assessment of your teeth, gums, soft tissue, jaw, and oral cancer screen. Any clinically indicated digital x-rays will be taken to assist with diagnosis. You will have the opportunity to discuss your dental needs and concerns with the dentist and if any treatment is required you will be provided with a personalised treatment plan including costings.

Our fees and membership

You will also be provided with information about our dental membership plans which include discounts on treatment. We prioritise preventative dental care and so as a new patient to the practice we may recommended that you see the hygienist to ensure you are starting out on the best path to excellent dental health.
