How to Join
New Patients - Following your New Patient Consultation you will need to complete a registration form available from reception with your direct debit details. You will then benefit immediately from the discounted member fees for any treatment you may need. You will have peace of mind that your future preventative and emergency care needs will be covered by your low monthly direct debit.
Existing Patients - Registration forms are available from reception and when you join you will immediately benefit from discounted member fees. No assessment is necessary and you will have peace of mind that your future preventative and emergency care needs will be covered by your low monthly direct debit.
Family Discounts
Join all the family to your plan to receive up to a further 10% discount on your monthly premium. Children are seen free of charge under the NHS.
